DISPOSAL You have to hand to to the vikings, they may have roamed around Europe raping and pillaging but they knew how to do a bloody good funeral - pushed out to sea in a burning ship, that's classy.
Probably not practical in Hertfordshire sadly.
Seriously though a sea burial or some kind of pyre would be good. No religious reason, they just happen to appeal to me.

MUSIC Well, apart from a good selection of records (list to follow), a huge Russian naval choir singing "O Fortuna" would be fantastic. I'd also like a dixieland band (like the one at the start of "Live and Let Die"), a gospel choir, and some gregorian chanters.
I want to actually go up in flames to the theme tune from "Roobarb and Custard" on a loop.
